Alessandra Fasoli
I'm a design researcher and a PhD candidate at Kingston School of Art, London. Sustainability in the Making is my craft-based PhD where I am trying to learn how craft contributes to generate cultures of sustainability, through my craft: drawing and web design. I am the designer and researcher behind this website, which is a part of my PhD research.
I also work as a lecturer and a freelance designer, occasionally taking illustration commissions.
My main areas of research are design anthropology, sustainable design, design for social innovation, craft and material cultures, craft and design activism.
